Unite To Grow Foundation (UGF) is a registered public charitable trust based in Ranchi, Jharkhand. We work for community development through need-based, participatory, inclusive, and sustainable approaches.
Many communities remain unaware of their rights, entitlements, and government services. UGF bridges this gap by working directly with communities, strengthening awareness, improving access, and enabling active participation in development.
Communities are active partners — not passive beneficiaries — who have knowledge, leadership, and the ability to shape their own progress when provided the right support.
UGF is legally authorised to work across multiple sectors addressing the diverse needs of underserved communities.
Strengthening local systems and enabling communities to actively participate in their own development.

Six foundational values guide every action UGF takes in the field.
Every section of the community has equal opportunity to participate regardless of gender, caste, or background.
Development must protect and strengthen the inherent dignity of every individual and community.
People should be active contributors in shaping their own progress — not passive recipients of aid.
Our work remains responsible, transparent, and firmly oriented toward community benefit.
Processes, decisions, and interventions are kept clear, open, and accessible to all stakeholders.
Every intervention creates long-term value that continues to benefit communities beyond the project period.
