PESA Kanoon Awareness
Educating tribal communities about their rights under the Panchayat (Extension to Scheduled Areas) Act and Jharkhand Panchayat Rules 2025 to empower gram sabhas and strengthen tribal self-governance.
Digital Service Access
Bringing laptops directly to villages for real-time scheme registration, e-governance access, and document verification — reducing dependence on middlemen.
Community Capacity Building
Indoor training workshops using IEC materials including the Aavashyak Dastavej Soochi (essential document checklist) to help community members understand and access government services.
Scheme Information Distribution
Distributing government scheme information materials, entitlement guides, and IEC resources in villages — ensuring communities know their rights.
Community Need Assessment
Participatory community meetings to listen to local needs, assess development gaps, and build the trust foundational to UGF's participatory field approach.

Targeting women from tribal communities to help them access welfare schemes, Ayushman cards, caste certificates, and DBT benefits — building financial security from the ground up.
